Motivation, Inspiration, and Research

You know what are the  the best days of life. These are those days in which we push our limits beyond our limitations. Hard work, standard work, inspirational people around as. There should be that excitement in the morning to do something extraordinary. This is the essential factor to live your life for you.  Like in my case, it had been the day every time when I had my last exam of semesters. My those result days when I knew that I am going to top(not probably all time).
So same for those days we want to make our all days perfect and worthy.

Death is likely the single best invention of Life


When I was 17, I read a quote that went something like: “If you live each day as if it was your last, someday you'll most certainly be right.” It made an impression on me, and since then, for the past 33 years, I have looked in the mirror every morning and asked myself: “If today were the last day of my life, would I want to do what I am about to do today?” And whenever the answer has been “No” for too many days in a row, I know I need to change something.
Remembering that I'll be dead soon is the most important tool I've ever encountered to help me make the big choices in life. Because almost everything — all external expectations, all pride, all fear of embarrassment or failure - these things just fall away in the face of death, leaving only what is truly important. Remembering that you are going to die is the best way I know to avoid the trap of thinking you have something to lose. You are already naked. There is no reason not to follow your heart.
About a year ago I was diagnosed with cancer. I had a scan at 7:30 in the morning, and it clearly showed a tumor on my pancreas. I didn't even know what a pancreas was. The doctors told me this was almost certainly a type of cancer that is incurable, and that I should expect to live no longer than three to six months. My doctor advised me to go home and get my affairs in order, which is doctor's code for prepare to die. It means to try to tell your kids everything you thought you'd have the next 10 years to tell them in just a few months. It means to make sure everything is buttoned up so that it will be as easy as possible for your family. It means to say your goodbyes.
I lived with that diagnosis all day. Later that evening I had a biopsy, where they stuck an endoscope down my throat, through my stomach and into my intestines, put a needle into my pancreas and got a few cells from the tumor. I was sedated, but my wife, who was there, told me that when they viewed the cells under a microscope the doctors started crying because it turned out to be a very rare form of pancreatic cancer that is curable with surgery. I had the surgery and I'm fine now.
This was the closest I've been to facing death, and I hope it's the closest I get for a few more decades. Having lived through it, I can now say this to you with a bit more certainty than when death was a useful but purely intellectual concept:
No one wants to die. Even people who want to go to heaven don't want to die to get there. And yet death is the destination we all share. No one has ever escaped it. And that is as it should be, because Death is very likely the single best invention of Life. It is Life's change agent. It clears out the old to make way for the new. Right now the new is you, but someday not too long from now, you will gradually become the old and be cleared away. Sorry to be so dramatic, but it is quite true.
Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.
When I was young, there was an amazing publication called The Whole Earth Catalog, which was one of the bibles of my generation. It was created by a fellow named Stewart Brand not far from here in Menlo Park, and he brought it to life with his poetic touch. This was in the late 1960's, before personal computers and desktop publishing, so it was all made with typewriters, scissors, and polaroid cameras. It was sort of like Google in paperback form, 35 years before Google came along: it was idealistic, and overflowing with neat tools and great notions.
Stewart and his team put out several issues of The Whole Earth Catalog, and then when it had run its course, they put out a final issue. It was the mid-1970s, and I was your age. On the back cover of their final issue was a photograph of an early morning country road, the kind you might find yourself hitchhiking on if you were so adventurous. Beneath it were the words: “Stay Hungry. Stay Foolish.” It was their farewell message as they signed off. Stay Hungry. Stay Foolish. And I have always wished that for myself. And now, as you graduate to begin anew, I wish that for you.

The important things in life



A philosophy professor stood before his class with some items on the table in front of him. When the class began, wordlessly he picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with rocks, about 2 inches in diameter.
He then asked the students if the jar was full. They agreed that it was.
So the professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles, of course, rolled into the open areas between the rocks.
He then asked the students again if the jar was full. They agreed it was.
The professor picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar. Of course, the sand filled up everything else.
He then asked once more if the jar was full. The students responded with a unanimous “Yes.”
“Now,” said the professor, “I want you to recognize that this jar represents your life. The rocks are the important things – your family, your partner, your health, your children – things that if everything else was lost and only they remained, your life would still be full.
The pebbles are the other things that matter – like your job, your house, your car.
The sand is everything else. The small stuff.”
“If you put the sand into the jar first,” he continued “there is no room for the pebbles or the rocks. The same goes for your life.
If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff, you will never have room for the things that are important to you. Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness. Play with your children. Take your partner out dancing. There will always be time to go to work, clean the house, give a dinner party and fix the disposal.

My first and most effective RESUME...!!




RESUME..! We can say a conclusion of our degree, all such showcase, hated to see our self in the professional mask so early, end of adulthood’s childhood. Yes no doubt some portion shows our real achievement that will make resume worth looking but rest are faking, so what about the work that is above the study, more countable than all this numbers, grade, and placement. Where will it count ----???-
 Once upon a time I was sitting and thinking to prepare my resume then I thought what incredible I have done in my degree?? That will increase my resume power at one glance. Which positive things will make my resume heavy, I pondered deeply and I found something; And after knowing it you will think why don’t they include such life’s golden achievements on resume  and here we are-

Classy Family-I made a family in my college and I don’t know why they call it Class, in this family head of family or “Bade Bujurge” are the members who generally spends their whole time with spirituals and Vaidh-Purans; these Vaidh-Purans are purchased by us to keep in mind that they are books, they teach us that how to obtain peace (sleep) in just 2 minute, so effective spirituals. After that now turn of respectable women of family; as we always respect the main incharge of our family our mothers and other women of family, same as here some girls in the class are treated as same. All children like us just wish to have a nap in her lap, as mom awakes their son in morning same as watching her coming into the class we passes our nights sleepless. As for the happiness of our mom we sit in the class and in the grid of active company of these girl in classes we increases mom’s happiness daily through attend those boring classes. Now let’s meet the children of family they all don’t want anything more just want to be as near as possible with their mom like respectable women (girls) of family. And we children also want to be keep in touch with their Bade-Bujurge because this Bujurge help these children to clear the exam of life. We children use to play the most popular game of childhood “Chhupan-Chupai” with of most irritating visitors who carries the tag of teachers.
So this is my family and I am always glad to be its member.

We Children-When god has to make you, he send his ego elders containing the lesson that god want to teach you. He makes his ego elders your colleagues, and in every moment of our life we learn from them, we place our one hand on their shoulder, dishes seems more delicious when we snatches it from them, how a 500 Rs note just converted into 50 just within one hour, how a most boring film seems to be Oskar winning movie with them, how they transform a unknown beautiful girls into your bhabhi, how their general talk includes some ‘Khansi (Ahmm Ahmm)’ when you receive a call or message from name indicating opposite sex, how they consider to touch books the biggest crime of the world, how they  have a hidden talent(only from teachers) to say a word(Present sir) into 5 different different tone, Salute to our understanding that in the examination hall containing 70 student if teacher urge us to sit most longest possible positions even then we able to  passes our thoughts, how a birthday becomes Red-hiring day for your body and your wallet  looses it’s weight.
Uncountable moments that can’t be put into worlds, as with them life seems too easy with them life have no tears, Just their face is enough to give a smile on your heart, Yes they are ego elders of god and including all them becomes I.

Never Ending Love Stories-What is love I don’t know but I know very well what is crush because all my grand opening of love ended to tiny waves of crush. Every time it seems Ohhh yes this girl will be my queen, Heart just want her nearness, whole world appreciation have no value in front of my name in her voice, as I replace me and her in every couple I see, all stories of romantic movies seems to be mine, Mind always do a rehearsal of behavior as she is in front of me, as just 2 second of eye contact with her make my day successful, as I dream whole my life with her, I dreams that how she hold my hand in my success and comes near me hit her shoulder with mine and with a gentle smile says-‘After all you are my man ’ and in my bad time, she sits beside me hold my hand tightly and says ‘Don’t worry I always be with you’.
I dreams how we are processing on the stairs of temple holding our hands, little chatty season then standing in front of the god prays for each other, same time a priest comes and she hide her heir with her Dupatta and priest place a dark red circle on her forehead, OMG she looks gorgeous perfect for being my wife.
“WIFE”….Am I Serious…!!!And as time passes these all romantic thoughts get deemed as the morning fog of sunny day, and again one bright day suddenly I see more beautiful, more pretty more fabulous girl and all the process goes into the FOR loop with another variable (girl), and with the time only variable changes, but algorithm remains same and still loop is running.
Yes that was the my achievements I have obtained them by paying my 4 important year of my life, further when we will proceed in our life and after some year when somewhere if we even heard ‘College’ word we will realize only these moments, A short smile will come on our face, and this smile will say to you “How mad was you at that time…!”,yes I was mad with them and they were more than me, we will live those 4 years in those few moments, and will pray to the God that please make that garland again whose flowers have lost their spirit by the heat of professionalism, give those moments again; those back chairs are still waiting for us I will keep my copies and beg around my neighborhood  chairs so that they can sit around me, today I have pan I will not irritate them for asking pan and paper, today I have a girl and I want that they tease me by taking her name and surely this time I will not beat them, I am dying to hear those prefixes and suffixes before and after my name those give the certificate of true friendship, I will say them that-
If one day you feel like crying call me...
I don’t promise that I will make you laugh, but I can cry with you.
If one day you want to run away, don’t be afraid to call me,
I don’t promise, to ask to you stop; But I can run with you.
If one day you don’t want to listen anyone Call me,
I promise to be there for you, and I promise to be very quite.
But if one day you call me….And there is no answer,
Come fast to see me, Perhaps…………… I NEED YOU…………….
Finally
Later in the life there will be no memory of these numbers, grades, and tgpa/cgpa so why should we are running to make us bundle of numbers Yes no doubt a positive academics will take you up but we can do it without ignoring real mean of relations, If there would be any column in resume to write your relational achievements so surely resumes will have more pages than our healthy books.
